How do I find my beach setup?

You’ll select your beach location during checkout. On the morning of your reservation, you’ll receive a GPS pin drop via text or email with the exact coordinates of your setup—just head there and enjoy.

What time is my setup ready?

All setups are in place by 9:00 AM and available until 3:00 PM, unless otherwise noted during booking.

Can I book same-day service?

We currently do not allow same-day bookings. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Can I bring my own gear or mix it with yours?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own items and use them alongside your Beach Days setup.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

At Beach Days, we understand that plans (and weather) can change. That’s why we offer flexible options to help protect your beach day experience while maintaining fairness for all guests and our team.

Weather Guarantee

For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Weather Guarantee, available at checkout. This provides:

A full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance

  • A full refund if Beach Days cancels due to inclement weather

Without the Weather Guarantee

If you choose not to purchase the Weather Guarantee:

You may still cancel your reservation at any time

  • However, all bookings are non-refundable

  • If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your reservation, we will issue a credit for a future Beach Days service

  • If weather prevents us from providing service, we will also issue a credit for future use
